Circlebox Furniture offers a clear warranty program to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability.


1. Warranty Duration

  • 1 Year Guarantee

  • 2 Years Service Warranty


2. Parts Covered Under Warranty

The following parts are covered and will be replaced if they become defective:

  • Wheel

  • Base

  • Tilt-swivel mechanism

  • Hydraulic (Gas Lift)

  • Handle

  • Back Support

  • Headrest

  • 2″ Rubber Foam


3. Issues Accepted for Warranty

We accept warranty claims for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty hydraulic

  • Loose or damaged handles

  • Structural issues in back support

  • Headrest malfunction or breakage (not caused by user misuse)


4. Issues Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Broken parts due to heavy pressure or impact

  • Fabric/mesh tearing from external force

  • Scratches, stains, or cosmetic wear

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modification


5. Pickup & Drop-off Policy

  • The customer must drop off the chair at our factory/office at their own cost.

  • After repair or replacement, we will send the product back to the customer for free.


6. Warranty Claim Process

Step-by-step process for customers:

  1. Contact us with your order details

  2. Describe the issue (photos/videos recommended)

  3. Our team will verify if the issue falls under warranty

  4. Drop the product at our office

  5. We repair or replace the defective parts

  6. We ship the repaired item back to you at no charge
