Five things that move the number
If a quote surprises you, it is almost always one of these five, and each one is worth asking about before you sign anything.
Ceiling and MEP
False ceiling, air conditioning routing, electrical and data. In an older Dhaka building this is frequently more than the furniture.
Partition specification
Gypsum against glass against acoustic-rated glass is a wide price range for what looks like the same wall on a drawing.
Custom joinery
Reception desks, storage walls and boardroom tables built to a drawing. Beautiful, and the fastest way to overshoot a budget.
Furniture per seat
Desk, chair, storage and cable management. This is the one line you can fix early and accurately, because it is a per-person number.
Floor condition
A floor that needs levelling before anything is laid adds cost that never appears on the first estimate.
Working around a lease
Night and weekend work to hit a handover date carries a labour premium. Ask for it to be priced separately.

How much does office interior cost in Dhaka?
A complete fit-out including furniture generally runs in three bands depending on finish level. Use the calculator for a range against your actual floor area — a per-square-foot figure without your floor condition and MEP scope is close to meaningless.
What does an interior designer charge in Bangladesh?
Design-only fees are typically quoted as a percentage of project value or per square foot. We do not charge a separate design fee on projects we build — layout and visualisation are part of the fit-out contract.
How long does an office fit-out take?
It depends on floor area and MEP scope more than on furniture. Send us the area and seat count and we will give you a realistic handover date with the budget range.
Can I get a budget before committing to anything?
Yes, that is what the calculator is for. It uses 2026 Bangladeshi material and labour rates, so the number is usable in a board conversation rather than a placeholder.
