Which Office Interior Style Fits Your Business?

The visualizer renders your space in three directions. Each one implies different materials, different furniture, and a different budget. Here is what separates them in practice for offices in Dhaka.

    Modern

    Startups, agencies, tech teams ৳1,800 - ৳2,100 / sqft
    Materials
Light wood grain and white melamine tops, slim powder-coated steel legs, commercial vinyl flooring.
    Palette
White, light oak, soft grey, with one accent colour on seating or partitions.
    Layout
Open plan, low or no partitions between workstations, glass for meeting rooms only.
    Typical furniture
Linear and NordicLine desks, mesh task chairs, low storage.

    Industrial

    Creative studios, co-working, production offices ৳1,900 - ৳2,300 / sqft
    Materials
Dark wood grain, black powder-coated steel frames, exposed ceiling and ducting instead of full false ceiling.
    Palette
Charcoal, walnut, black metal, raw concrete or dark tile floors.
    Layout
Heavier desk frames, bench-style shared tables, open shelving rather than closed cabinets.
    Typical furniture
IronEdge and X-Frame desks, metal shelving, leather or dark mesh seating.

    Luxury

    Corporate head offices, boardrooms, client-facing floors ৳2,500 - ৳3,500 / sqft
    Materials
Dark veneer and laminate, 10mm frameless glass partitions, gypsum false ceiling with cove lighting.
    Palette
Deep walnut, charcoal, brass or chrome detailing, upholstered surfaces.
    Layout
Separate executive cabins, dedicated conference room, reception counter, visitor lounge.
    Typical furniture
Executive chairs, L-shape director desks, office sofas, side cabinets.

    Getting a Usable Preview

The visualizer works from your photo, so the upload matters more than the settings:

    • Shoot from a corner so two walls and the floor are visible — this gives the render depth to work with.
    • Use daylight where possible. Harsh overhead tube lighting flattens the room.
    • An empty or near-empty room reads best. Existing furniture constrains what can be placed.
    • Hold the phone level rather than tilting up or down, to keep vertical lines straight.
    • One room per upload. Wide shots covering multiple spaces produce muddled results.

Style rates are indicative for Dhaka as of August 2026 and vary with floor area, material grade, and site condition. Use the cost calculator for a budget estimate, or contact us for a site survey.
