Site visit and requirement study
We measure the floor, note the column grid, power and lift access, and record how many people sit where, which teams need quiet, and what your visitors should see first.

You get a floor plan, a furniture layout and 3D views of the key areas — reception, workstation floor, meeting room and MD room — before a single wall is marked.

Execution and furniture production
Civil and MEP work runs on site while your furniture is produced in our unit in parallel. That overlap is where most of the schedule saving comes from.

What does office interior design in Bangladesh usually include?
A full scope covers space planning and layout drawings, 3D visualisation, partition and false ceiling work, flooring, electrical and data cabling, lighting, painting and finishing, and then the furniture — workstations, storage, meeting and reception furniture. Some firms deliver only the drawings and leave execution to you. CircleBox delivers all three stages.
Do you handle both the design and the construction work?
Yes. We are a turnkey studio, so the same team that draws the layout also runs the site and manufactures the furniture. You sign one contract and hold one party accountable for the finished floor.
How long does an office interior project take?
It depends on floor area and how much civil work is involved. A straightforward workstation floor with light partitioning moves faster than a full head office with an MD suite, boardroom and reception. We give a dated stage-by-stage schedule after the site visit and update it weekly during execution.
Can you work in an office that is still occupied?
Yes. We phase the work floor by floor or zone by zone and run the noisy activities — drilling, ceiling work, grinding — outside working hours or over weekends so your team can keep operating.
Do I get 3D visuals before the work starts?
Yes. Reception, the workstation floor, the meeting room and the MD room are visualised before execution begins. You can also use our visualiser to see a quick preview of an empty space from a photo or floor plan before you commit to anything.
Do you supply the office furniture too, or only the interior?
We manufacture it. Workstations, executive desks, meeting tables, storage units and ergonomic chairs are produced in our own Dhaka facility and built to the approved layout, so everything fits the space instead of being adapted to it.
Which areas of Bangladesh do you serve?
Our studio, showroom and production unit are in Dhaka, and most projects are in Dhaka and the surrounding areas. We take on projects in other divisions as well — tell us the location on the enquiry and we will confirm.
How is office interior design pricing worked out?
